Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
If you need to return an item, simply get in touch by emailing us at Contactus@chimpontee.com or use the Contact Us page under the help menu to submit your refund request. We'll get back to you within 1-3 days and will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
It's important to not return any items until we have confirmed the return address.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If this occurs we will be in touch by email immediately.
All our products come with free shipping as standard (with the exception of our Free Just Pay Shipping products). Depending on the destination of your order the shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
